If you are a Student and this is your first login to NorthNet then;

Your login user name is your student ID number.

Your password is your date of birth in the following format 1Jan1960.

The month is the first three letters of the month and must begin with a capital.

If you are unable to login the first time and your date of birth is a single digit, please try adding a leading zero, eg: 01Jan1960.

After you login, please change your password and enter your correct email address as it will be used later if you forget your password. These settings, and your photograph, can be changed by editing your profile. Click on your name at the top right of the screen after you login.

If you have problems logging in please email the Information and Communication Technology Service desk ICTServiceDesk@northland.ac.nz. The service desk staff will need your student ID number, your full name and an email address.
